All Oops Bags and Misfit Grab Bags are sold as is. They will always be a detailed description on there individual listing, Monthly and Weekly Kits are not guaranteed however, should they be included we will always try to match them together again this isn’t guaranteed. There will not be any duplicates within a pack, however if you purchase more than one we cannot guarantee you will not receive duplicates. All Oops bags and Misfit Bags will have a highlighted mark on each sheet (usually through our text at the top (doesn’t effect stickers) thus to highlight they are oops/misfit) this is to stop abuse when people buy at a highly discounted rate to sell on for profit, with a highlighted mark it is clearer to see these are not our usual high standard sheets.

“Flaws” may include but not limited to: Missing Stickers on a sheet (max 2), Imperfections in print quality, Cuts being too deep or misplaced cuts, Uncut sticker sheets, Glossy or Matte Paper, new style paper or old, Damaged or bent sheets, Discontinued stock or seasonal stock. We will always ensure at least 80% of the sheet included is usable.

Coupons can be used with our oops/misfit bags. One coupon per transaction only.

We also cannot accept returns on these bags as they are sold as described and at a very discounted rate.

Returns / Cancellations

Sorry we don’t accept returns or cancellations, please make sure you read the listing descriptions thoroughly before you order.

We endeavor to put errors right, we reserve the right to charge 50% of your order total if we have begun processing your order and we reserve the right to charge 50% restocking fee if we were to agree a return which is not our fault, if you were to return an order which we do not approve we will charge 50% restocking fee, also return postage would be paid by the buyer on a traceable method. If you return items that prove to be no faults found we reserve the right to charge 50% off your refund amounts. By completing your purchase you are agreeing to these terms. No Cancellations accepted.

Processing Times

Working days are defined as Monday-Friday excluding Bank holidays.

Processing times before dispatch is always displayed at the top of the website home page and can be found on your order receipt, We try to ship as quickly as we can but please do not worry we work in order of orders received.

ARTWORK/IMAGE RIGHTS

All products that are marked exclusive are the sole property of Your World Of Colour and are designed in house, These items are for your personal use and cannot be reproduced or used in any manner without express permission from me. These items are not to be resold for any purpose without express permission again from me.

If permission for resale or other use is granted by myself, images and photographs shared or copied must include our logo and www.yourworldofcolour.com and you will be provided with a contract from us. If you wish to discuss this or would like to gain permission and/or collaborate please contact us.

All other images/text that has been used to which I do not claim copyright over these images just the finished products. We do credit artists/company’s if we need to those details will be found on the relevant product pages, We also carry a huge array of licensees to use graphics/text/images in which we do not need to show accreditation.

Custom Orders

We do take custom orders, however, our diary is currently full until April 2022. Please contact us if you would like something custom and we will get back to you.

POSTAGE

If you didn’t know already, Your World Of Colour is based in the United Kingdom, our preferred postage vendor is Royal Mail (RM), all postage costs include packaging costs.

We offer flat rate postage to the UK, this is an untracked and uninsured method, we also offer a shipping upgrade to Tracked and Signed for which is Traceable and Insured. Flat Rate UK orders will be mailed second class and proof of posting will be obtained. We cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post, we will forward you all proof of postage for you to claim with your delivery service.

Only If you have upgraded to tracked delivery and the item goes missing we will replace tracked options are available upon checkout.

Although Your World Of Colour believes Royal Mail to be a reliable and dependable postage provider, postage is not guaranteed by Your World Of Colour. Your World Of Colour reserves the right to use alternative services. In the event that an act of God interrupts the shipping service, Your World Of Colour is NOT responsible for this or parcels/packages that are lost, stolen, and/or damaged during the postage service.

Please note that Your World Of Colour takes all precautionary steps possible to avoid any postage issues, but will not be held responsible.
