Choosing / paying for any ‘Tracked & Signed For’ shipping does not guarantee next day delivery. Please see our current order time scale at the bottom of this page. We aim to dispatch within the time frame stated at the bottom of this page or at the top right-hand side of our home page after receiving payment, but this is not guaranteed, especially during sales periods (seasonal holidays etc) due to higher volumes of orders, please see the bottom of this page for current dispatch times.
Your World Of Colour accepts no responsibility for items lost in the post, we will forward you all proof of postage for you to claim with your delivery service. ONLY if you have upgraded to tracked & signed for delivery and the item goes missing we will replace and only once a period of 90 working days have passed we can initiate a claim with royal mail.
How Long Will My Order Take To Get To Me:
As a guide Royal Mail State:
- United Kingdom: 3-21 business days – *Covid19 delays anywhere up to 30 business days
- North America: 2-4 weeks – *Covid19 delays anywhere up to 90 business days
- Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-6 weeks – *Covid19 delays anywhere up to 90 business days

When your order has left Us, Royal Mail state items can take up to 5 Business days to arrive BUT will not be considered as lost until 21 business days after the due date.
If you weren’t aware your order is being shipped from the UK, Royal Mail international standard can take up to 15 Business days to arrive and can be delayed because of varying factors and is not classed as lost until 90 Business days after the item due date. – For all International orders that have shipped from us on, before and after the 1st November 2020 unfortunately, there are significant delays out of our control all we can ask is your patience.
Whilst Your World of Colour remains open and processing orders as usual to the UK, we have extended our processing times to 1-3 weeks as a precaution. The United Kingdom is in currently in national lockdown for Covid-19, I, however, will continue to ship once a week, please be aware of the fact shipping itself is very much affected globally and it is likely your happy mail will be slower in reaching you. This, unfortunately, is out of my control. Currently, the UK is seeing UK to UK mail taking up to 3 weeks, UK to international anywhere from 1 week to 12 weeks, this is out of our hands.
My Address Is Incorrect, What Can I Do?
Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we use Royal Mail Click & Drop which automatically inputs addresses if you notice an error and have already placed an order please contact me via e-mail asap within 1 hour of placed order! If I have already dispatched your order after this time frame and your address is incorrect I will not take responsibility for this error.
Customs & Import Charges:
Your World Of Colour is NOT responsible for any additional charges such as tax, import duties and customs charges which may be levied. If your unsure please check your countries import and customs regulations. EU & International Customers, VAT is NOT Collected currently at checkout so you may be liable for additional costs when your package reaches your country.
Due to order volumes, we DO NOT Combine orders and we also DON’T combine the Website with Etsy orders as requested sorry.
Occasionally orders do get returned to us due to various factors if your shipping address is incorrect if USPS / Royal Mail are unable to forward if you have moved. Where this happens we reserve the right to recharge your shipping fee’s should you wish for us to resend. Please note* If an order is returned to us with a NIXIE label from the USA we will not be liable for a refund you have the option to repay shipping or forfeit your order. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If for any reason your order is returned to us as all out-going mail has a return label we shall contact you.
